Kushagra

Kushagra serves as a Senior ESG & Sustainability Advisor at Oren, bringing more than eight years of experience across the CSR and sustainability sector. His work spans multinational consulting firms, sustainability software platforms, and not-for-profits, with deep competencies in programme management, research and analysis, data visualization, and stakeholder engagement.

At Oren, Kushagra has led Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon inventory verification for a Dubai-based commodity and semi-specialty chemicals company, improving reporting accuracy by approximately 80%. He has delivered climate risk analysis highlighting physical risk exposures in excess of AED 27 million for an educational services client, supported UAE and Qatar banking sector clients in responding to Central Bank ESG rules, and conducted regulatory reporting training for one of India’s largest F&B companies.

Prior to Oren, he was Sustainability Strategy Manager at Snowkap, where he built a comprehensive GHG accounting system across 100+ locations for an INR 2,000 Cr revenue client, rolled out ESRS and BRSR reporting modules on the Snowkap platform, and delivered cross-functional training on SBTi, Circular Economy, LCA, and Green Finance. Earlier roles at Treeni Sustainability Solutions, ESG Playbook, and Goodera shaped his expertise in ESG benchmarking, EcoVadis improvement, supply chain pilots, and CSR project monitoring for global clients.

Kushagra holds an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from TERI University, New Delhi.
