Olivia Paul

Olivia is an ESG & Sustainability Advisor at Oren, leveraging over three years of experience in the ESG and sustainability domain. Her work centres on ESG reporting and strategy, gap analysis, single and double materiality assessments, GHG inventory development, and net-zero roadmaps.

At Oren, Olivia leads cross-sector ESG advisory and reporting engagements across manufacturing, specialty chemicals, real estate, infrastructure, construction, and banking and financial institutions. She conducts stakeholder engagement, designs ESG governance frameworks, and oversees preparation and review of Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventories, climate risk assessments (physical and transition), and enterprise decarbonisation strategies. She aligns client reporting with GRI, SASB, IFRS S1 & S2, CSRD, and SEBI BRSR while supporting ESG rating improvements across MSCI, DJSI, and EcoVadis. She also advises Middle East banking clients on compliance with CBUAE and Qatar Central Bank ESG regulations.

Before Oren, Olivia was an ESG Consultant at Sustainability101, where she conducted ESG gap analyses, peer benchmarking, and governance diagnostics, and delivered ESG bootcamps that translated complex frameworks into practical strategies. Earlier, as Associate Consultant in KPMG India’s ESG Advisory practice, she developed Sustainability Reports, ran materiality assessments, and strengthened client positioning across MSCI and DJSI rating frameworks.

Olivia holds an MBA in Sustainability Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar, and a B.Sc. (Honours) in Economics from Amity University, Kolkata.
